At Physio Plus our Physiotherapists utilise manual therapy techniques to mobilise and manipulate stiff joints. Specific soft tissue mobilisation and acupuncture can be used to alter the way your muscles function. You may be taught specific stretches and exercises to improve body muscle imbalances, strengthening weak areas and improving body alignment

All the Physiotherapists at PhysioPlus are experienced musculo-skeletal practitioners. They have a recognised Physiotherapy Degree as well as additional post-graduate training. Continuing Professional Development is maintained through attending local and national courses.
